Technicians were on time and very communicative. Even though the system was running “nominally” on arrival, they stayed until the unit experienced the failure described in the initial service call. They were both very respectful of our house and were observant of people and animals around the house. The next steps in fixing the system were communicated clearly as well as who we would be hearing from on upcoming parts and labor charges.
