A-1 did a great job working with us to find a unit that met our needs. Scheduling was fast and the front office was really good at communicating everything. Our technician was fast and clean, going so far as to cover and tape all the clothes in the closet before going into the attic. I’d definitely recommend them!

The tech was courteous and knowledgeable. He quickly showed me the problem and fix. It was simple and I’m glad it wasn’t anything more. The value of his visit is that he had the knowledge and skill to go to the simplest solution first, something I didn’t have. If that wasn’t the problem he would have had to go to the next level which I’m secure in the fact that he had the same knowledge and skill. Worth it.

Everyone that I worked with at A-1 was excellent. Michele consulted with me about different options to address the issue that I was having with my existing HVAC system. I’ve had bad experiences with other companies and their HVAC maintenance plans (like having to chase them down for the agreed-upon service). Not with A-1 certified. They called to remind me that I was due and to schedule my apt! Ash was our tech and she was early, professional, and extremely friendly. Highly recommended!!
